This elasticated stitching, strategically positioned at the back of the hood, not only streamlines its profile, preventing it from obstructing your vision, but also optimizes insulation by drawing the down closer to your body while allowing for helmet use. For added customization, a Velcro volume reducer ensures a snug fit when the hood is worn without a helmet. Lightly elasticated cuffs, designed to slip comfortably over heavy mountaineering gloves, feature Velcro closures for a secure fit around your wrists. For storage the Exo is equiped with two zipped hand pockets, a chest pocket, and two spacious inner dump pockets, ensuring ample space for your essentials.
